Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he began in the film industry working on-set in Cleveland and then Los Angeles as an assistant cameraman for films, commercials and music videos, giving me hands-on experience and a technical understanding of the filmmaking process. ​
He has a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video Production and Theory. He also trained at The Animation Guild in Burbank under Disney Master Instructors Karl Gnass and Mark McDonnell.
When he’s not drawing, his favorite things include spending time with his wife and son, black coffee, surfing, yoga, cooking, traveling to new countries, delicious breakfast burritos, and James Cameron films. He’s very passionate about what he does and is always looking for ways to better his work.
